Since 2022, I’ve been learning the ropes of the real world. From retail floors to corporate office. Now I’m helping brand speak online. Each role taught me something new: empathy, structure, and the power of words.

Customer Service

I handled daily customer inquiries with efficiency and empathy, while ensuring smooth logistics coordination.
This experience helped me develop strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Shopkeeper

I managed daily store operations and assisted customers in finding their needs while handling transactions with accuracy.
I learned the value of discipline, service, and maintaining a professional attitude on the front line.

Socmed Specialist

I create and manage digital content, respond to customer concerns, and build company’s online presence.
This role has sharpened my copywriting and visual design skills and my problem-solving abilities.

While actively working as a Social Media Specialist, I continue to pursue my degree in English Literature at STBA JIA. Managing both roles has shaped me into a disciplined, adaptable individual who values both practical experience and academic growth.

I’m Khaila Hayu Febriana, a Social Media Specialist with a deep love for language and storytelling. I’ve spent the past few years building experience in customer service, content creation, and digital communication—while sharpening my skills in writing, visual design, and brand identity.

Alongside my professional journey, I’m currently pursuing my degree in English Literature at STBA JIA. Balancing work and study has taught me resilience, time management, and the power of purpose—because I believe growth doesn’t come from choosing one path, but from walking both with intention.
